MotorBae Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At MotorBae, we build products with passion and care about what you wear. If something’s off, let's fix it.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests raised after this window will not be accepted

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Product should be in resalable condition (applicable for sizing/fit issues only)

motorbae.store reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality checks.

3. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product/size/color

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund

Important:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong product
  • Claims without valid proof may not be accepted

4. Size Issues/Fit Concerns

  • Exchanges for size issues are allowed
  • Reverse pickup may be provided (serviceability dependent on pincodes)
  • A nominal exchange fee may be charged to cover logistics

No unboxing video is required for size-related exchanges

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective):

  • Caps
  • Balaclavas
  • Hats
  • Innerwear/body-fit garments (e.g., baby tees)
  • Accessories

6. Change of Mind

If you:

  • Don’t like the product anymore
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Want a different product/design

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted

This keeps pricing fair and prevents misuse.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for approved cases (damaged/defective/wrong item)
  • Once approved:
    • Refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 business days
    • Credited to original payment method (for prepaid orders)
    • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In some cases, refund may be issued as MotorBae store credit

8. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
  • If not, customers must self-ship the product
  • Return shipping costs may be borne or partially deducted, depending on the case

9. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order
  • Only size exchange for the same product is permitted
  • We do not allow exchange for a different product/design

10. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Please Include:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for request
  • Photos/unboxing video (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
